JK Rowling, the author who invented Harry Potter, speaks out against Scottish independence. I am happy she did.
Finally she said what many think: Please, Scots, stay with the English, otherwise they will develop inferiority complexes being reduced to "Small Britain". And so will you Scots as independent state. You are only 5 million people and as Austrians know: Small states are prone to be narrow minded.
Rowling is English, but she lives in Edinburgh. And she does not want to become a foreigner there after the referendum on September 18. She just donated 1 million Pounds to the "Better Together"-Campaign to keep the country united. And to make herself perfectly clear, she compares some of the Scottish nationalists to Death Eaters.
